Video Display Corporation (VDC), NASDAQ:VIDE, and Toshiba Hokuto Electronics Corporation (Toshiba), Tokyo, Japan, have reached an agreement in which Video Display agrees to purchase all remaining inventory of B/W picture tubes, monochrome display tubes, oscilloscope tubes and projection tubes currently being inventoried and marketed by Toshiba Hokuto.
